The BMW program was created using best practice programming to enable students to build resiliency and to cope with their stress response.  The program aims to increase social, emotional and communication skills, promote resilience and to reduce stress as students learn coping skills.

  • Substance use

The Fourth R program addresses these topics by focusing on relationship goals and challenges that influence their decision-making.

 Interactive program that focuses on building competency-development in responding to life challenges and decisions that come with risks. Additionally, risks associated with tobacco and vaping devices use are explored. In an effort to move away from fear-based messaging, the three key actions to this program include building social competence, providing meaningful learning experiences and improving media literacy.
