Kelso the Frog, a relatable, lovable character, teaches about conflict management by helping students distinguish between big and small problems and providing a wheel of constructive strategies to manage peer conflicts.

A social and emotional learning
program with the goal of preventing violence and promoting respect. Teens will develop
essential skills to build and maintain
healthy relationships for themselves and to promote healthy relationships in their school and community. This includes learning the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, the types of dating violence, and how to get help for themselves or a friend.
Grades: 8 - 11
An interactive program that focuses on competency development in responding to life challenges and decisions that come with risks. Additionally, risks associated with tobacco and vaping devices are explored. In an effort to move away from fear-based messaging, the three key actions to this program include building social competence, providing meaningful learning experiences, and improving media literacy.

This small group-based program includes various group counselling activities for enhancing social and emotional development. Themes include self-awareness, coping strategies, problem-solving, making healthy decisions, and feeling like they're not alone.

Boost your brain through art! A series of art-based activities that provide mental rest, foster focus, and energize the mind. In groups of three, youth will explore social skills by building Lego collaboratively. This role-based program promotes responsibility, self-regulation, communication, and building relationships. These sessions also provide a safe, supportive space to help students work through frustration
