Hello!
I am Larissa Regnier but most students call me Mrs. R. I am the MHCB Program Manager and the Wellness Coach for Vegreville Composite. For the past few years, I have been the Wellness Coach for St Martin's, St Mary's, and Mundare.
I graduated from MacEwan University in 2016 with my Bachelor of Arts Psychology degree and I completed two certificate programs from NorQuest College in 2018 and 2019 in Mental Health and Addictions Recovery.
In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband and our two young children, and I have a passion for baking.

Hi everyone!
I am the new Wellness Coach for A.L. Horton school! My family and I are new to Vegreville and we are enjoying it here very much. I have been an elementary teacher for the past seven years, so I am no stranger to the classroom setting. I am very excited to be in the classroom supporting students in their mental health and wellness journey!
Some of my favorite activities include outdoor activities with my family, spending time with our animals including our four horses, and perfecting my sewing skills. I will be at AL Horton school Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Well, hello there!
I am new to the MHCB Vegreville team and will be working out of St. Martin’s Catholic School for the 2024-25 school year on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. My experience within the school setting started 9 years ago in an international school in Saudi Arabia. I was an active volunteer assisting in various roles and I worked alongside the school counselor to deliver parent workshops. Since arriving back in Alberta, I have continued working in schools as an educational assistant in special needs programs. I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology/community health education and am currently working towards my master’s degree in social work. My selfcare includes getting outside with the family, hiking, swimming, preparing nutritious meals, cleaning, hosting backyard gatherings, and volunteering in the community. I look forward to an awesome year!
